By the look of things, I think it’s safe to say the British Empire is on a major comeback tour. Look at the propaganda that Lily Allen recently spread in the name of the crown within the pages of URB Magazine.

“Not a big fan of school at all”

“I was just terrible at school and smoked and drank and had sex with boys and did terrible things. Especially when I should have been learning chemistry. That will come in real handy in life.”

Resistance is futile America! Rule Britannia!

801 Magazine & Criminal Slang

A little while back, I got an email from Ms. Sabrina Ford over at 801 Magazine -published by the Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University. She had spotted my comments about the MTV World situation and read my posts right here at Criminal Slang -which I suppose were intriguing enough to warrant a telephone interview, and then be further boiled down to what you will find if you click here or happen to be in Manhattan, near Columbia University and get your mitts on this mag. I suppose my quotes are like cooked crack.

From what I understand, Sabrina is a fan of The Dock of the Bay series, which is about to take it back a little after 93 ’till…

-Details about the Criminal Slang contest coming soon

Common, Republicans, Diamond Supply

Common -”The Game” feat. DJ Premier (prod. Kanye West)

The radio rip as heard on LA’s Power 106. Sounds like something off Soundbombing II -like that 1-9-9-9 (Common/Sadat X) joint. That’s a good look from Spine Magazine for you today.

Senate Democrats and Republicans actually agree on something
*it’s saving internet radio btw

Diamond Supply Co. drops a new spring program tommorrow at their store located at 507 N. Fairfax Ave. Los Angeles Ca. 90036

A brief history of Roach Clip Radio the internet radio station that, according to listener Jen makes for, “Amaaaaaaaazing shower sex…” Have a listen for yourself, shower not included.

The first Criminal Slang Contest is around the corner. You have been warned.
