“On this record, we hoped to capture the joy of friends playing together in a relaxed way.  We used a lot of first and second takes and tried to preserve a sense of immediacy and discovery that comes from putting things down before you really have a chance to think too hard…” (Guitarist/Vocalist Josh Wise)

I got an advance copy in the mail and couldn’t stop listening to it. The first track, Abandon is a signpost of a great listening experience ahead and can be downloaded here. Overall the lush soundscape never floats too far away -as dream inducing records often do, but stays on the proper side of uplifting.

Our Anniversary!

Can I get a SOUL CLAP?

It’s been about a year (more or less) and sometimes it seems that I’ve neglected you baby. I just want you to know that I still feel the same love for you that I did the day I locked down your URL. Criminal Slang do-you -know-what-to-day is? It’s our anniversary!!!

-Thanks to the ladies of Dimepiece for the link!
